Terms of hire

 Rental rates and services
 Tourist tax in supplement 0,70 € per day and per person over 18 years
 Confirmation of the reservation after the payment of the installments in the amount of: 30%
 The balance of the stay must be paid 1 month before arrival
 The entire stay is payable, for reservations made from 0 to 30 days before arrival
 Payment by bank transfer, check and Bank Card
 Deposit of 2500 € to deposit on the day of arrival or CB imprint and returned on the day of departure
 Signing of a lease with inventory of entry and exit
 Arrivals after 16H30 and departures 10H
 Non-smoking cottage & indoor slippers

Cancellation of stay

 The deposit is retained and deductible from a future stay in case of cancellation more than 45 days before The date of arrival
 50% of the price of the stay will be withheld in case of cancellation 45 to 30 days before the arrival date
 The entire stay is retained in case of cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date, or in case of a shortened stay by the customer
